- Lead and shape the business as well as competitive needs for our Grid Solutions Lifecycle Service portfolio with focus on Offshore Grid Access
- Steer our operations (offer and order execution) with P&L responsibility & manage multi-disciplinary teams with international interfaces
- Handle the massive growth of offshore transmission operations in upcoming years & position the business and organization for the future
- Drive change and transformation initiatives, including a focus on team and people growth and development
- Set up bid, ramp up and execution strategies whilst pushing for standards and digitalization for lean and pragmatic structures, together with your team
- Analyze and match market needs on operations, enter new markets and portfolio segments
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Enhanced, professional experience and a proven track record in the sector of tendering and execution of large solutions / service contracts / projects
- Experience as a leader in an operational function for an international organization, ideally with experience in project execution and handling growth and transformation
- Passion for the service business as well as willingness to dive deeply into service schemes, concepts, markets, pricing and strategy, innovation and change needs
- Optimally, you bring experience in offshore transmission markets
- Proactive, dynamic, decisive, result oriented and collaborative as well as strong networking and communication skills
- fluent German and English skills
