Snapshot of your day

As part of a wider HR transformation programme as a result of the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens and the integration of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert in HR Operational controls both in our transformation initiatives and the management of our regular HR Operations, ensuring HR Services are delivered adequately and at level of quality expected by the business both by our internal teams and our external providers.

How you'll make an impact

  • Act as the subject matter expert in HR Operational Controls in various transformation initiatives and improve the efficiency of tools and supporting processes while also driving continuous improvement and organisational change
  • Establish global standards for HR Operational controls definition and monitoring and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies as well as support the HR Services Leadership with the Global to local service delivery model definition
  • Guarantee audit readiness across all the regions, be responsible for the timely closure of internal audit related issues, and pro-actively share best practices, issues, risks, etc.
  • Collaborate with and request feedback from internal and external business partners and other functions and process owners across the organization to ensure processes, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed and HR operations run successfully
  • Create and maintain HR Operational Controls Documentation and ensure Global and Regional HR Services teams are trained appropriately
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on efficient and effective vendor management and engagement ensuring performance is supervised and services are delivered at the level of quality expected.

What you bring

  • Highly experienced in Operational Controls definition, monitoring and auditing, especially within HR Operations (operational perfection and/or auditing background is a plus)
  • Strong solution orientation
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior partners across the organization
  • Able to build trust and empower teams to deliver optimally
  • Thrives in a global environment, working flexibly where required
  • English language is a must

About the Team

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – People Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mentality, responsible for ensuring Siemens Energy HR Services are compliant, accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose, with a clear governance & risk management approach, leading our HR Services vendors and working closely with our HR Services team to safeguard end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
