We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager for operative planning and customer project risk management to drive strategic overarching processes like the resource planning and the T-LoA in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The TLOA process being an integral part of risk management represents a detailed examination of individual technical aspects in the bidding process.
Resource planning comprises all activities around the strategic resource management for accurate allocation of manpower in bid proposals, customer projects and FEEDs, R&D, product maintenance as well as service, and definition of demand.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Take responsibility for development and enhancement of standard T-LoA documentation for entire hydrogen business scope including service and gas treatment.
- Provide support for project specific preparation and release of T-LoA including risk assessment and opportunity management, as well as assessment and calculation of guarantee values.
- Refine workforce demand models to support organizational growth (top-down capacity planning meeting bottom resource planning), informing strategic workforce planning decisions, risk mitigation, and data-driven solutions.
- Implement resource demand planning tools and communicate workforce plans and progress to key stakeholders, refining planning and execution processes iteratively
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Sales incl. bid management, PM, procurement, Operations and PRM.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in process engineering or similar qualification.
- Professional engineering experience in related technical fields, preferably in the PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) electrolysis area.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.
- General knowledge of codes and standards – ASME / API / ANSI / NEMA / NPFA etc.
- Excellent team management skills to ensure on time delivery of project technical deliverables; drawings and documents.
- Fluent English is a requirement.
- Competency in engineering tools such as Team Center is an advantage.
