You will manage talent, address employee concerns, meet with department heads, implement HR policies, and ensure efficient department operations. You are responsible for maintaining a positive working environment for long-term benefits and aligning HR initiatives with the organization's goal.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• As a trusted partner to the Leadership in the country, you will translate business requirements into human capital imperatives.
• Play a role in the Regional HR team and collaborate to achieve projects and foster integration.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
• Facilitate and support organizational development and change management measures on country level. Guide and aid local management in personnel and organization development and in addressing specific, usually brought up individual local HR concerns.
• Facilitate communication between employees/management and negotiate local agreements on the application of standard programs and in line with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and deploy global HR policies, strategies and instruments on country level.
• Communicate and manage the implementation of HR strategy / new concepts, such as people development, talent management, performance management, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure the right talent capabilities to support the business by driving and facilitating performance management and people development.
• Act as the local Country representative to external entities.

What You Bring

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 5 years human resources experience.
• The ability to speak Turkish and English fluently are a must.
• You have proven success in encouraging and motivating change in business.
• You have proven the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of the Türkiye Labor Code and legislative framework related to employee-employer relationships.
• International experience is a plus.
