We are currently seeking for an EQS Administrator to join our Gas Services team considering the expanding market opportunities within the dynamic energy sector. You will be reporting to the Region EQS Head and support the EQS Team on EHS and Quality Administrative matters.

How You’ll Make an Impact

EHS Management System and Quality Management System

• Good understanding on management System.
• Able to support GS AP EQS head and the team with tasks related to GS AP Management Systems.
• Proactive in identifying gaps within EHS administration and propose appropriate improvements.

Audit Management

• Good understanding on Audit Lifecycle comprising of audit planning, audit execution, audit reporting, and follow-up of findings.
• Ensure GS AP Country Quality and EHS Managers are uploading all audit reports on timely manner with reminders if required.
• Ensure GS AP Country EHS Managers and Quality Managers are following up on audit findings and sending reminders on overdue audit findings.
• Produce monthly statistics on Audit finding status and share it with GS AP Country Quality and EHS Managers, Region EHS Lead and EQS Head.

EHS Incident Management

• Good / Fair knowledge of Incident Management including basic understanding of RCA, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Ensure GS AP Country EHS Managers are reporting incidents on timely manner and send reminder if required.
• Ensure GS AP Country EHS Managers completes incident investigations and share the lesson learned within 30 days of an incident being reported in Enablon and send reminder if there is delay.
• Follow up with to GS AP Country EHS Managers on open corrective and preventive actions that has been established and agreed with relevant functions from incident investigation and send reminders on those that are overdue.
• Provide Technical EHS Manager / Region EHS Lead / Region EQS head to provide incident statistics as required and / or monthly basis for Monthly Management Meeting.

Training

• Responsible to coordinate and support Country EHS and Quality Managers on the roll out of GS AP EQS Trainings and step in to deliver the trainings in their absences.

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent experience in EHS / Quality or any other Field.
• Possesses minimum of 5-7 experience in EHS Management with focus on EHS Administration and supporting EHS and/ Quality Managers. Having basic Quality Knowledge would be an added advantage.
• You should also have general knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Should be a trained Internal Auditor on EHS or Quality.
• Good knowledge of Incident Management including principles of RCA
• Ability to roll out trainings and can step in for the EHS Manages or Quality Managers as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, people skills and have attributes of a collaborator.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
