A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine starting your day with a team meeting where you collaborate and brainstorm with dedicated colleagues to develop cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for our manufacturing sites. Your day will involve analyzing and implementing advanced cybersecurity measures, ensuring robust protection for our critical infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of security across all operations, significantly contributing to Siemens Energy's mission of creating a secure and sustainable future.
You will engage in ambitious projects aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity landscape of our manufacturing sites. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring the security and reliability of our systems, safeguarding our assets, and promoting safer energy production.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Driving of industrial cybersecurity at assigned manufacturing and refurbishment sites
- Coordination with the Industrial Cybersecurity Officer (ICSO) and Principal Cybersecurity Officer (PCSO) as the primary contact for industrial cybersecurity
- Support and consultation for manufacturing and refurbishment teams to meet cybersecurity requirements
- Participation in the architecture and design phases of production-related equipment and systems
- Execution of asset compliance checks and risk assessments for operational technology (OT) and business-owned IT assets
- Assurance of secure integration of Siemens Energy components and third-party elements while supporting vulnerability management, incident handling, and disaster recovery efforts
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in manufacturing and refurbishment infrastructure, encompassing IT and OT security technologies and concepts
- Strong knowledge of secure architecture, design principles, and risk management practices
- Experience in incident and vulnerability management, business continuity planning, and recovery strategies
- Proficiency in international and national IT/OT industrial cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Exceptional user-centric communication skills, particularly with shop floor teams
- Demonstrated value and problem-solving orientation, supported by a successful track record in complex project management and effective collaboration with cybersecurity peers and other collaborators
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
