A Snapshot of Your Day

As Head of Finance for GT SV Algeria, in close collaboration with the designated Technical Head, in charge of driving the P&L (10-20€’0€ Volume, 15-20 HC) and overall GT SV strategy for the country

How You’ll Make an Impact  

§  Responsible for all related financial matters of the business, ensuring clean books and records, implementing superior financial policy and ensuring financial reporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal control, in line with prevailing standards and regulations

§  Support & drive day-to-day operations and continuous process improvement, simplification, automation & digitalization to accelerate decision making, optimize costs and increase profitability. Develop synergies with other SE BA/ EU/ functions and collaborates with functions heads to achieve assigned targets, goals, and more specifically the materialization of committed Budgets, Forecasts and business plans.

§  Lead and develop people in the organization to ensure effective Employee growth plan, by building high performance teams through continuous feedback​ and upskilling on needed future skills to ensure succession plan

§  Show superior leadership behaviors and lead by example, promoting a collaborative work behavior by rewarding and recognizing transparent & open communication, ensuring Diversity & inclusion within the organization by gathering different opinions and understand other’s point of view and ensuring highest standards of safety & zero harm culture

What You Bring 

§  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience

§  8+ years of relevant experience in finance, ideally in order management, project management, controlling, and manufacturing business

§  Proven track record of strong leadership, with the ability to encourage, develop, and guide teams, combined with self-awareness and reflective capabilities.

§  Ability to work effectively in an international environment with strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
