A Snapshot of Your Day
Daily activities revolve around successfully preparing contract proposals, supporting the sales team, and tracking contract orders in their various modalities for the CP Business Unit - Compressors (Reciprocating and Centrifugal). Managing network channels that interface with the sales department (Program Management, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Management, Factories, Sales, Export Control Compliance, Contracts, Freight Forwarders, etc.). Participating in planning and preparing contract proposals, completing process spreadsheets and data sheets, managing the acquisition of costs from various SE factories and subcontractors for domestic items, coordinating, implementing, and tracking orders to ensure delivery within contractual deadlines, working to mitigate potential delivery delays to meet customer needs. Creating KPIs and dashboards for these processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for the complete preparation of parts contract proposals, receipt, and review of orders assigned to Reciprocating and Centrifugal Compressors. This includes all tasks, from entering customer inquiries through various modalities to handover to the Processing Team (OM).
- Support the Sales (CMs), Commercial (BA & Legal), Supply Chain, Order Management (OM), and all other teams that interface with these processes.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the contract proposal and parts order preparation process. Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences of similar issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in trade compliance regulations and implement necessary changes to internal processes.
- Create KPIs, Dashboards, and reports for monitoring parts contracts.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Engineering, (Production, mechanic, others)
- Experience in power generation services
- Must be detail oriented
- Knowledge of business, financial, and operational processes
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP required
- Creativity, self-motivation, and customer focus will be a plus for this position.
