A Snapshot of Your Day:

You will provide assistance for the eSourcing Team from the Strategic Procurement Sourcing & Contracting Department.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Support the preparation of e-Biddings and e-Auctions
• Support of procurement organization to conduct e-sourcing events
• Alignment with external service providers
• Maintain a close collaboration with users and suppliers

Special support for E-Auctions:

• Check registration status of Suppliers
• Cross functional communication and collaboration with other teams to ensure supplier readiness for eEvents
• List-up/research all suppliers invited to eSourcing Events in past representative year (history list)
• Support registration and log in processes when needed

What you bring:

• Current studies, preferably Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Communication or Industrial Engineering
• Good knowledge and interest in procurement
• Advanced MS Office Tools knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills in English
• German language would be a plus
• Work independently and proactive/self-initiative
• Very good communication and collaboration skills; pro-active with analytical thinking
• Knowledge in eAuction and SAP Ariba would be a plus
