You will become part of the Procurement and Logistics team and support the team in the definition, implementation, and transformation towards a harmonized Procurement process landscape to increase efficiency in our purchasing activities worldwide.

Your focus is on promoting process excellence for operational procurement processes along the implementation of SAP Ariba Guided Buying and SAP S/4HANA. In the course of the system transformation that our company is currently undergoing, you will support us significantly with your experience in the area of change management by providing the company with expert knowledge, developing tailor-made training concepts and taking the lead in the introduction of SAP Ariba Guided buying in new countries.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Change Management and Training Expertise:

·       Providing training and process guidance along Procurement processes and tools with expert knowledge on:

•        Purchase-to-Pay framework

•        Ariba Guided Buying

•        SAP S/4Hana

·       Identifying trainings needs and gaps and developing sustainable information and training concepts for SAP Ariba Guided Buying and associated operational processes

Procurement Process Excellence:

·       Actively managing and improving Procurement processes, especially within Purchase-to-Pay

·       Analyzing problem areas and giving advice based on system knowledge and business process knowledge

·       Cooperation and alignment with operational and global procurement teams, to ensure correct implementation and deployment of processes and tools around the globe

·       Working closely with stakeholders to support process optimization along the value chain

·       Providing process input towards IT impacting the Procurement organization (Ariba Guided Buying, S4H) including testing and documentation

·       Close collaboration with other process teams in supplier lifecycle management, sourcing and negotiation, contract management, and master data

What You Bring

Professional qualification in relevant area with experiences in SAP S/4 Hana and in SAP Ariba Guided Buying             

Profound experience with Procurement methods and processes

Fluent command of English language in writing and speaking

Strong communication and change management skills with a talent for inspiring and motivating people

Flexibility to travel and stay at factory and office locations to conduct training and assess process compliance

High degree of teamwork

Strategic thinking and detailed analytical capability

·       Ability to use standard software and systems

·       Project management experience for small projects

·       Working experience with multi-cultural professionals and teams

·       5+ years of relevant professional experience within a global company
