关于职务
How You’ll Make an Impact
Be responsible for project execution and OTD from order intake to delivery, including project planning & progress tracking & coordination & expediting of purchasing, manufacturing, testing and quality aspects.
•Represent workshop for project handover from PM and Sales.
•Organize internal project Kick-off for new order in workshop.
•Create project schedule, tracking and update current project status timely.
•Co-work with MPS and production planning.
•Update weekly project report.
•Risk and progress control as well as mitigation for delay.
•Material control from purchasing requirement to material in-stock for ensuring material availability.
•Lead and coordinate the issue-solving during project execution cross-functionally.
•Support PM for customer visit reception and meeting in workshop.
•Lead and organize project close-up meeting for project wrap-up in workshop.
•Follow company's EHS regulation.
What You Bring
•Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus,Major in Mechanic Engineering is preferred
•Basic knowledge with MS-Office, APS/MES and other office software
•Fluent Oral English
•Collaboration and Communication skill
•High stress tolerance and root cause analysis skill

Order Management is the brain of factory production planning which required comprehensive skills and high working efficiency. As a project owner from order intake to delivery, Order Management team takes full responsibility on the overall project execution.
