IT Partner Professional (HR Applications) needed to manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of HR applications to meet business needs. This position will be working with formal and informal project resources to implement standardized processes and apps.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Business Engagement: communication, coordination, interfacing with local Business and HR
  • Demand management and requirements engineering for HR apps.
  • Consult and analyze business demands to ensure successful delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Review HR business processes and suggest improvements.
  • Conform and promote SE IT Standards for HR.
  • Estimate resource requirements for work packages and project deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and conduct monitoring meetings of business demands and projects.
  • Identify and monitor project risks and implement risk management plans.
  • Prepare, deliver, and manage professional stakeholder communications.
  • Manage project scope and project change requests; appropriately control scope creep.
  • Implement project quality plans and ensure project quality standards are met.
  • Support change management activities as well as monitor and coordinate training.
  • Participate in the SE IT community to develop the Regional Team skills and culture.

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ideally knowledge of HR IT applications (Concur / Workday) but not essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in leading IT projects.
  • Beneficial to be PM Qualified / have experience of working with techniques and approaches related to application analysis and deployment.
  • Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Team player and be able to build consensus with others.
  • Must be able to handle data confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to travel (if needed).
  • English (mandatory)
  • German (optional)
