How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Responsibility for the technical design of the system components for technical building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, installation technology) for various large-scale projects
  • Consideration of customer specifications and country-specific standards in co-operation with national companies and local planning offices and authorities
  • Taking over the cost estimation/determination of the planning and execution services
  • Preparation of enquiry documents (specifications, concept plans, service descriptions and specifications with mass calculations) and responsible for obtaining, evaluating and assessing offers
  • Conducting technical negotiations with customers, specialist planners and suppliers
  • Responsibility for coordination/interface clarification (implementation of the work in the overall system) with the project participants, as well as for the technical controlling of the execution/service provision of specialist planners or suppliers
  • Support of construction site supervision during the execution phase as well as temporary assignments on construction sites (up to 3 months)
What You Bring
  • Successfully completed university degree in the field of supply engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental & energy technology or a completed technician training with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and realisation of technical building equipment (mechanical)
  • Knowledge in the field of technical building equipment standards
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Ability to work in a team, analyse, communicate and learn as well as initiative, motivation, results orientation and enthusiasm
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
