Join our dynamic procurement team and play a key role in shaping the future of renewable energy. You’ll dive into hands-on projects, supporting supplier onboarding and qualification, managing contracts, and maintaining business-critical KPIs and reports. Every day, you’ll analyze quotes, conduct supplier screenings, and help us refine our internal procurement strategies. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You support PMD (Procurement Master Data) processes in Ariba, including onboarding new suppliers, qualifying suppliers, and updating prices.
• You assist with contract management activities in Ariba.
• You create and maintain business-relevant KPIs and reports to guide decision-making.
• You support sourcing processes in Ariba, including requests for quotations, e-auctions, and quote analysis.
• You help optimize internal procurement processes and conduct supplier or technology screenings.

What You Bring

• You are currently studying engineering, technical engineering, economics, or a related field.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and skilled in creating reports, presentations, and datasheets.
• You are highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• You communicate and coordinate effectively, with excellent business fluency in English (verbal and written); Spanish or German is a plus.

For this role, being enrolled in a relevant degree program and having strong Excel skills are essential. If you also bring additional language skills or experience with Ariba, that will help you stand out. No regular travel is required for this position.
