As a Junior Sales Manager at Siemens Energy in Finspång, Sweden, you’ll collaborate with our regional sales teams to support our Medium Size Gas Turbine Service business. You’ll have the chance to work both from our office and remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. Your day will be filled with opportunities to build strong relationships with customers and regional representatives, all while learning from experienced sales managers and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to quote, forecast, negotiate, and close service orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional entities and customer organizations.
• Assist in managing commercial risks and coordinating technical issues, including maintenance planning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes, tools, and products.
• Travel to meet with regional representatives and customers, enhancing relationships and understanding their needs.

What You Bring

We believe that you are in the beginning of your career, with a strong customer focus and eagerness to learn and grow in a sale position.

• A degree in engineering, such as mechanical, electrical, industrial or related fields.
• Enthusiasm for building and maintaining relationships, with a willingness to develop negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a readiness to engage in customer-facing roles.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies.
• A collaborative spirit, eager to grow and contribute in a dynamic team environment

About the Team

Join a diverse and dynamic team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. You will either be working in the team focusing on the region Middle East, Africa, North America and Latin America, or the region Asia and Europe. You’ll work closely with regional sales teams, Service Project Managers, and Application Engineers, all committed to delivering outstanding service. Together, we create a supportive environment where innovation and collaboration drive success!

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
