A Snapshot of Your Day
As Junior Digital Solutions Developer, you improve and automate existing business procedures in different digital tools used in the global Quality Management Process. Having elaborated the requirements for their digital integration and transformation together with the subject matter experts, you create highly automated solutions to increase overall efficiency of our processes. Your ability to visualize process flows and related KPIs helps our business to increase clarity and alignment. Every day, you’ll collaborate with dedicated and supportive colleagues. You will play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation for our team. Your ideas and opinions will be valued, as they help us improve our daily operations. We emphasize flexibility in terms of topics, time, and location, with your workplace being both at home and at our modern Siemens Energy office. There, you will also engage in personal exchanges with colleagues and build connections.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Suggest new, improve, and maintain digital processes within our Quality Management process landscape to enhance efficiency through digitalization and automation.
- Manage and integrate data from multiple data sources such as BIC Process Design and BIC Process Execution, Enablon, Snowflake, using state of the art tools, like Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform to generate key performance indicators for our process (e.g. response rate, on-time delivery, usage).
- Support the design and architecture of new, more efficient, digital processes, workflows, and tools for our Quality Processes.
- Create intuitive and customer-centric dashboards to visualize process performance and insights.
- Reduce manual processing effort in quality processes through targeted task automation and
- Promote digital solutions, new tools and features across the organization and train users on new digital processes, tools, and features, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Business Information Systems, Quality Management, Process Management, Change Management, or Computer Science.
- First experience in a similar role that includes Data Analyst/ Business Ops Analyst/ BI Developer.
- Programming and visualization of data in BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI), Alteryx programming skills are a plus.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ways for improving the existing processes.
- Strong capability to coordinate and lead multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work both independently and to collaborate effectively with team members as well as with various partners.
