A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Document Management solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of Document Management systems. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and develop solutions that meet their specific requirements.
How You`ll Make an Impact
- Analyze client requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Analyze business processes and identify inefficient workflows
- Develop tailored Document Management solutions for clients, including creating concepts, specifications, and implementation plans
- Assist in the configuration, and customization of Document Management software Fabasoft Approve
- Train users and technicians of our clients
- Identify areas for optimization and conduct training sessions to improve productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the solutions are tailored to our clients' needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and diagrams

What You Bring
- Specific knowledge of the Fabasoft Document Management System is desired
- Strong experience with Document Management systems
- Experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating the Fabasoft Document Management System is desired
- Willingness to collaborate with the Vendor and internal partners to ensure Document Management solutions meet the highest standards
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in the Document Management field, as well as the ability to recommend innovative solutions that meet clients' requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as Solution Architect
- Knowledge of common Document Management systems and tools
- Knowledge of workflow design and business process modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way
- Team player and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- English (C1 Level or higher)
