We are looking for a highly qualified and expert Head of Project Management to lead our project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects in accordance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage the project management team, providing ongoing direction and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer happiness and successful project delivery.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the implementation of appropriate contingency plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support in project execution.
• Continuously develop and improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with Siemens Energy entities to resolve issues, identify warranty issues, etc.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project management team.

What you bring

• University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Advanced SAP skills.

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company…..
