We’re looking for people with the skills and vision to build a better tomorrow. Join Grid Technology Service as an Executive Assistant to help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

This role will be based at our new factory in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, and will initially coincide with the factory’s construction. During this phase, we will focus on developing our processes, refining our offerings, and collaborating closely with a high-performance team. This will involve all aspects of the commercial setup to ensure we are well-prepared to meet the needs of our customers effectively when factory operations start.

How You'll make an Impact:

Calendar Management; Efficiently manage executive calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel, while prioritizing conflicting demands.
Communication: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, screening and responding to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
Document Preparation:  Prepare and edit various documents, including correspondence and presentations, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Meeting Coordination: Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
-Travel Arrangements: Organize complex travel itineraries, optimizing cost and efficiency for flights, accommodations, and transportation
Confidentiality: Handle critical information with discretion and confidentiality, always maintaining trust and professionalism.
 
 What You Bring/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a focus on business administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and Ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
