- Analyze the Global available Know How
- Setup a plan how we grow globally with an equal distribution of employees on a global scale
- Synchronize with Service and new HVDC and FACTS Business
- Prepare training Concept and Plan
- Develop and implement a growth plan
- Setup Service Level Agreements with Country
- Coordinate and facilitate training for new employees in various countries.
- Communicate and support the Regions in using resources efficiently
- Support Business in operation and collaboration with the distributed team.
- Manage Resource planning including replacements and grow initiatives
- Coordinate global competence hubs
- Strong leadership skills
- International experience and willingness to travel globally for approximately one-third of the time
- Proficiency in English and German at C-level
- Experience with FACTS and HVDC is preferred
- Customer focused with a strong understanding of business needs
- Ability to organize and follow up in complex business environments
