Start your day with a meeting in your team TaxIntelligence, to discuss digitalization topics, share insights, and address challenges. Afterwards, follow-up on developing and handling digitalization use cases by applying automation and visualization tools.

In the afternoon, dedicate your time to brainstorm innovative approaches to upskill the tax community by introducing new technologies and methods.

Interact with various partners to make sure the digital strategy is aligned within SE TC. Your contributions will drive efficiency and technological advancement. Join us in shaping the future of tax through digital innovation and continuous learning!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Definition of relevant processes for Tax Compliance Management System (training will be provided).
• Analyze and optimize tax-related business processes and workflows (training will be provided).
• Develop data models and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and data management practices.
• Support within digital projects.

What You Bring

•         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
•         3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business process improvement, or a related role, preferably in the tax or finance industry, with a proven track record of working on digital transformation projects.
•          Experience with data governance and data quality management
•          Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Snowflake), along with familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and process visualization tools (e.g., BIC, Signavio).
•          Strong knowledge of process modeling, business process management (BPMN), and ERP systems (especially SAP S/4HANA), with an interest in tax processes and compliance.
•          Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
•         Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, including tax, finance, IT, and data governance.
