How You’ll Make an Impact 

In your work as project lead customer training, you will be responsible for customer training packages for Siemens Energy projects, starting from the bidding phase until the end of training execution.

Within this role, you will be the contact person for all training related topics to all involved stakeholders, including but not limited to bid management, project management, customers, internal and external training partners.   

  • You will support bid management with competitive project specific cost calculations for training packages, as per customer specifications and sales instructions.
  • During the execution phase of the projects, you will develop specific training contents and schedules in close collaboration with customers, project partners, project management, trainers and other internal or external training departments.
  • Coordination of the complete training packages, including all involved activities, within the set project specific budget boundaries.

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of power plant of power transmission engineering, or professional experience gained through several years of work in a similar field.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Enjoyment and experience in working with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Eloquent, convincing, and self-confident appearance.
  • Willingness for occasional travel.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
