Working in a global and diverse team with an open approach that will support you and your development. Working in collaboration with colleagues in various HR functions, & BPO providers, you will be the catalyst in driving the transformation which aims to improve compliance, and accuracy, reduce risks and enhance controls through the standardization of tools and processes globally, provide innovative employee user experience, and create a foundation for successfully outsourcing identified HR activities. This is a high-profile, critical project requiring HR process and system expertise. We are moving away from a legacy blueprint, involving many manual processes, and your work will play a key role in driving the future HR operating model.


How You will Make an Impact


Work closely with the project team involving all relevant partners, acting as a bridge between Global Process Owners, IT system, Product Owners, corporate and country team representatives, to standardize and harmonize the end-to-end global benefits process and sustain COIN system.
Drive identification of requirements for the benefits process and continue the improvement of our compensation platform COIN, and identify substandard processes through interaction with country HR admin/HR specialists and outsourcing partners.
Focus areas will include review the benefits offering to employees at a regional and global level, benefits local partnerships, budgeting and benefits use related data. Analyse the impact in related processes as part of the total compensation, global employee experience and employee´s attraction and retention.
Ensure “As-Is” process mapping to document the current state of the processes through the utilization of process tools and methodologies.
Identify and collate difficulties and improvement potentials related to process steps and/or system functionalities.
Drive the design of the revised “To-Be” standard process according to the defined global standardization framework using simplification and automation to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide input for the definition of process critical metrics, implementing controls, and maintaining compliance.
Provide inputs for governance and communication structure for the process.
Develop an implementation plan for the revised process across the countries and ensure its achievement.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes.
Control and ensure internal and external documentation of processes by relating with Colleges and BPO providers, ensuring documentation quality and building inhouse knowledge.
Implement function-level change management using a strong understanding of the business (e.g., readiness, timing, impact on partners, data, tools, systems, policies, etc.).
Ensure the continuous improvement of the process by Incorporating process methodologies and implementing function-level process improvements, including optimizing, maintaining, and transforming current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


What You Bring

We are looking for HR transformation Consultants who can lead new process design, focused on standardization and improving efficiency and effectiveness, with strong process methodology expertise and a mix of Subject Matter Expertise on the business, systems, and processes.
Strong project management, consultancy and cross-team collaboration skills are required with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes.
4 to 5 years´ experience working in business process transformation, with focus in process digitalization, ideally as BP improving HR processes or working as a HRBP ensuring the end-to end execution of the benefits strategy, improving the process performance in a global reach.
The candidate must have completed a university degree in a business-related subject area (e. g., Business Administration, HR, etc.), preferable with a focus on HR, IT, or process optimization.
Have an exceptional understanding of the end-to-end global benefits strategy and challenges to attract and retain talent and deliver a competitive employee experience.
Have up-to-date knowledge of benefits best practices while doing benchmarks and standardizing the process.
Have familiarity with technologies used to support HR Master data, T&A, benefits, payroll, finance & accounting.
Demonstrated experience in process mapping and improvement while building requirements and use stories to digitalize processes and increase performance.
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex subject matter effectively.
Can resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision.
Can build relationships, lead projects and interactions with diplomacy, and use verbal and written communication skills to act as a liaison between the HR function and the business.
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – Standardization and Harmonization. This is a lean, but truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open attitude. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various HR topics spread across geographies will be intense, and global and require certain flexibility and commitment.

Within the Human Resources, the Standardization and Harmonization Technology team will be responsible for all global HR processes from Hire to Retire tools, enabling the digital transformation for HR service delivery. So, you and your colleagues will be the engine for transformation and our future HR landscape.
