We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our team in the fast-growing area of Grid Technology – Transfomer Service business. You will be responsible for the value flows of our Field Service Hub in Romania and our Engineering Hub in India. That includes commercial management of service orders in line with the regulatory framework and to the customer's satisfaction

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Entrepreneurship: Building up financial structure for Global Field Service Hub and Global Engineering Hub
• Financial Management: Ensuring accurate financial reporting, controlling project costs, and maintaining clean books and records
• Customer Interaction: Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Compliance: Adhering to all relevant financial reporting guidelines and project management standards
• Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring

• University degree with a commercial focus or equivalent experience
• First experience in a Finance position, ideally as a Commercial Project Manager
• Good knowledge of IFRS / ICFR applicable regulations, advanced knowledge of MS Office365 applications, as well as SAP  
• Proficient in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively within an international team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
•  Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
