Siemens Energy

• On a daily basis, clear and manage incoming requests, handle RFQ processes, negotiate prices, creating and monitoring purchase orders, securing order confirmations and delivery dates, invoices
• Master the data/maintain up-to-date information in the relevant fields within the ERP system, and track procurement related KPIs
• You are responsible for the development of your suppliers’ performance in accordance with our requirements and managing deviations within the Supply Chain
• Interaction and close cooperation with our suppliers and internal customers (interfaces) 
• Securing and checking supplier documentation, such as supplier declarations, certificates of origin and others
• Take part in improving and developing our processes, actively work to improve digitalization 

• University degree in a business or technical field or training with relevant work experience alternatively/or education within in the field of procurement
• Experience, ideally in the field of (operational) purchasing or logistics. 
• You have an aptitude for working with and learning new business systems
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Independent working style, as well as a certain affinity for digitalization 
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel.
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
