A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Manager Outreach and Messaging (f/m/d) in an international role, your responsibilities will include independently and autonomously researching, writing, and coordinating speeches, articles, (employee) letters, video statements, social media posts, and presentations for our department’s clients.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Positioning Siemens Energy as the No. 1 brand and thought leader for the energy transition is the overarching communications goal of Siemens Energy. The Strategic Messaging Team plays a central and decisive role in this. With the positioning and communicative support of the Executive Board as well as the further development, sharpening and implementation of the Content Architecture, we are a central pillar of Siemens Energy communications.
- You are also responsible for the preparation, support, and follow-up of internal and external events – as the central contact person for the executive management “on site”.
- In addition, the active further development and implementation of corporate messages along the Siemens Energy Content Architecture is in your area of responsibility – possibly with leading or participating in a Focus Topic Squad.
- You will gain insights into the operational work of the members of the Executive Board as well as the company-wide strategy and business processes from a management perspective.
- You form an important interface between various specialist departments – from Communications, Investor Relations and Human Resources to Strategy and Government Affairs.
What You Bring
- The basis for your success is an excellent degree with a humanities orientation or comparable.
- You are looking forward to contributing your many years of experience in a communications role with us.
- In addition, you will have excellent research and analytical skills as well as excellent writing and power point skills.
- An interest in and enthusiasm for topics around technology, energy, finance and politics is a matter of course for you. You are also interested in personnel development and the assumption of management responsibility.
- In order to get along in your international environment, you excel English. Profound German language skills would be an advantage.
- You have a “can do” attitude and a transformative mindset always questioning the status quo.
- You feel comfortable with the unknown and have experience in working in cross-functional, self-determined teams in flat hierarchies.
