How You’ll Make an Impact
- Managing the office's day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling incoming & outgoing mail, greeting visitors, managing office supplies and inventory and making sure the office is always fully stocked.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and organizing and maintaining files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers, such as IT support or cleaning services.
- Assisting with financial tasks, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and budgeting.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Providing support for other team members as needed, including HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and IT asset management.
