A Snapshot of Your Day

You can expect work with teammates, in a safe, comfortable, climate-controlled environment, to manufacture parts for large generators.  You will be using your hands, various hand tools, machinery, and equipment to move the products down one of our three production lines.

How You’ll Make an Impact.

  • You will be trained to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications to determine operations required to convert raw material into finished products.
  • You will setup and operate a variety of equipment, machines, and hand tools.
  • You will use overhead cranes and forklifts to move material and products.
  • You will be trained to focus on quality, and to have great attention to quality details while meeting your production targets.
  • You will work with a team of highly motivated individuals who strive for success.

What You Bring.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, complete simple forms, and understand simple written instructions required.
  • Ability to use basic shop math and precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane operating licenses.
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.  Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
