As a Candidate Experience Partner at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and focused on collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to attract top talent. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage skilled candidates while building a robust pipeline that aligns with our hiring needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Siemens Energy’s talent acquisition processes and promote our brand as an employer of choice.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Analyze sourcing and conversion data using ATS to evaluate the efficiency of recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain a community of potential candidates, ensuring excellent communication and experience.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques across various channels, including LinkedIn and employee referrals.
  • Provide insights on the talent landscape to support hiring stakeholders in decision-making.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by ensuring varied candidate pools for all positions.
  • Conduct candidate assessments through phone screens and video interviews, documenting feedback for hiring managers.
What You Bring
  • Solid experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, gained from RPO, agency, or in-house environments.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through social media and professional channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, with advanced training in sourcing desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to present market insights that influence recruitment strategies.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, adapting approaches based on talent market availability.
  • Customer-oriented approach to managing candidate expectations and enhancing their experience.
