A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine starting your day at our state-of-the-art upskilling center, where you’ll work closely with a dedicated team of trainers. Your mission is to prepare offshore wind technicians for success in the field. You’ll design and deliver hands-on / online training sessions focused on installation / completion, including troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, skills that keep our turbines running and our energy transition moving forward. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Deliver technical training programs for offshore wind technicians, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
• Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest turbine technology and best practices
• Support technicians in building logbooks and structured learning processes for on-site efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve training methods and shorten learning curves
• Conduct training both at our center in Esbjerg and occasionally on-site at wind farms
• Act as a role model for safety and operational excellence in all training activities

What You Bring

• Solid technical background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Previous experience working in the wind industry, preferably offshore
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner while managing multiple tasks
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
• Willingness to travel to sites, to conduct trainings 1-2 times per quarter
• Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to safety

Our upskilling center in Esbjerg is our hub of knowledge and innovation, supporting Siemens Gamesa’s offshore operations worldwide.
