A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our manufacturing team as a CAM Programmer and transform complex CAD designs into precision-engineered parts. You’ll create, optimize, and maintain NC programs for CNC mills and lathes, ensuring every component meets exacting standards. Collaborate closely with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot, refine, and elevate our production processes. Every day, you’ll drive efficiency, quality, and innovation—making a real impact on our manufacturing excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and validate CAM programs for CNC machinery, focusing on mills and lathes
  • Translate complex engineering drawings and CAD models into efficient machining instructions
  • Optimize tool paths, cycle times, and resource use to deliver high-quality output and minimize waste
  • Partner with machinists to set up machines, resolve program errors, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Conduct simulations and test runs to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with specification

What You Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience programming CNC machinery, ideally with Siemens NX
  • Advanced skills in CAM programming, post-processing, and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
