The Ceramic Process Development Technician plays a key role in trial execution and process optimization, supporting engineering initiatives to improve ceramic manufacturing performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define engineering trials and generate trial documentation
• Execute front-end process trials and collect relevant data
• Conduct CTQ (Critical to Quality) and injection audits
• Troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks with a proactive mindset
• Report on KPIs, audit results, and department metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing setting required
• Ceramic manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with statistical methods preferred
• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
• This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
