- Help the team achieve sprint goals on time
- Communicate and collaborate with Product Owner, team members, and stakeholders
- Manage agile boards (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and track progress
- Coach Scrum teams and promote an agile mindset
- Ongoing technical or business studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or a comparable qualification
- Interest in agile and lean methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- An interdisciplinary, analytical, and structured way of thinking
- Confidence in communication within an international and multicultural environment
- Open-mindedness, motivation, and enthusiasm for driving change
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
