Your Profile:
•Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical engineering, Electrical Motor engineering, Electrical Power Distribution engineering preferred)
•More than 3 years working experience in Electrical motor & drive Engineering and design, Application Management, preferably in the field of turbo-machinery industry 
•Knowledge about electrical driven, converter, mega MV of induction and synchronous motor
•Knowledge about I&C for motor and converter
•Knowledge about I&C for compressor set will be a plus.
•Teamwork orientation
•Substantial experience in sales-oriented activities, including negotiations with customers
•Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, communication skills, positive & continuous learning attitude
•Experience abroad and cross-culture desired
•Excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing
•Willingness to travel

Your Responsibilities: 
•Both for proposal engineer and execution engineer for CP business mainly focus on motor related
•Support I&C proposal as proposal engineer in bidding phase.
•Understand and comment (within exceptions) for the client’s requirements.
•Prepare technical RFQs for motors, drives, Transformers and Low voltage switchgears including MCC.  and join the TCM with client.
•Support the leader proposal engineers with optimized cost. 
•Support the execution team for motor related technical issues, including specification review, technical agreement review and motor related technical clarifications with motor factories.
•Support the specific cost calculations and check and challenge major relevant cost positions.
•Prepare the projects purchase kick-off checklist. 
•Join the motor, converter, transformer FAT tests, then make the relevant conclusions.
•Review and comment for motor and drives (converter, transformer etc.,) documents, archive the project documents in the documentation system
•And others to relative work required by the business development
