How You’ll Make an Impact:
• The maintenance of supplier information and working together with suppliers on gathering information for their electronic connections to Siemens Energy is your main responsibility.
• You will be processing Supplier registration notifications from an external platform
• You will use an intranet tool to process request supporting our internal departments (e.g., Procurement)
• Within your day-to-day activities you will manage and maintain worldwide business partner details on a regular basis and clarify identified shortcomings independently
• Ensuring completeness and up-to-datedness of master data is part of your tasks as well as the equivalent reconciliation and coordination with other Corporate Master Data (CMD) functions
• Providing reports on demand and regular feedback to Service Managers.
What you Bring:
• Completed commercial apprenticeship and initial relevant professional experience
• Sound of solid SAP as well as very good knowledge of MS-Excel are a plus.
• Fluent English language skills, whereby you can lead and or participate discussions without any problems. Additional language skills is a plus.
• Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications
• Strong team player being a convinced service orientated person.
