A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Senior Site Manager, where you’ll take the lead in completing turnkey electrical substation projects, with a focus on onshore infrastructure. Your day will be filled with dynamic challenges as you manage multidisciplinary site teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance. The key responsibility is to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with both internal and external partners, directly influencing project success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead onshore site execution for EPC substation projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Manage and motivate site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards and proactively drive a safety-first mindset across all site activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on site.
• Oversee installation of HV/MV switchgear, transformers, protection & control systems, SVC´s, Harmonic Filters and associated civil works.
• Coordinate site logistics, resource planning, and progress reporting in alignment with project goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate daily with the overall Project Manager and escalate issues when necessary.

What You Bring

• Degree In Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in site management/construction of large Turnkey Projects with a strong track record in onshore execution.
• Experience with site management/construction of onshore or offshore HV substations is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large, diverse site teams and subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of HSE regulations and best practices in construction of power systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex interfaces.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Expected to be on Site 4-5 days a week during project construction, installation, and commissioning.
