A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Project Manager (f/m/d) you will manage projects with full responsibility for successful execution in the field of grid control solutions concerning SCADA/EMS/DMS inc. IoT and cyber security solutions in mainly transmission and distribution business. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • You will ensure business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management
  • You actively support during the proposal phase of customer projects, identify claims and estimate related expenditures.
  • You will advise and support Lead Engineers during technical discussions and actively develop and utilize all sources of information, know-how and experience for a project specific and entrepreneurial use
  • You are accountable for the project results based on the strategic priorities and set goals (e.g., budget, quality, schedule, EHS), as you manage the project through the entire project life cycle.
  • Stakeholders’ management and the utilization of resources as well as supporting our proposal management in the offering phase is also in your responsibility
  • You identify and evaluate continuously all opportunities as well as all evident risks, including suggesting appropriate counter measures, and develop additional business opportunities
  • Establishing culture of bilateral regular feedback in assigned project team and customer relations
What You Bring
  • University degree in electrical engineering, automation or similar
  • Long term years of work experience with Grid control technologies such as SCADA/EMS/DMS inc. IoT and cyber security solutions. 
  • Project management experience, preferable with certification according to PM@Siemens or similar
  • Good understanding of the power distribution/transmission market and technologies, mainly in SCADA/EMS/DMS, protection, control and HMI solutions, IT/OT integration, digitalization with IoT solutions and cyber security
  • Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
  • Team player and customer focused
  • You have fluent English skills and you are experienced in working in intercultural teams. German language proficiency is plus.
