Your profile

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or Electronic Engineering
  • Previous working experience, at least 5 years, in a multinational company with a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to achieve assigned objectives.
  • Strong goal and customer orientation, innovation, creativity, initiative, autonomy and work in a team.
  • Available for domestic and international business trips within Europe (customers and headquarters)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, German being an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and major Windows tools.

Your responsibilities

  • Deploy all activities required to develop the Service Growth initiative defined by the BU Process Solution with specific focus on Value add services for Marine and Industrial markets.
  • Define unique value proposition for Service Business in close collaboration with colleagues, sales management and Headquarters, and in line with the strategies of the BU and its segments;
  • Interact with assigned customers to seize all opportunities of interest, propose and promote the solutions required for the customer's needs.
  • Promote new actions on the market in order to increase Service penetration on the same, acting on the whole value chain, from Sales and proposal phase, involving all relevant stakeholders (trendsetters, academia, suppliers, other complementary actors);
  • Technical promotion of our electrification, automation and digitalization Service portfolio including new portfolio elements like energy efficiency and in general low carbon solutions
  • Share activities and actions with the other siemens Energy business units involved with the prospects customers
  • Lead/internal coordination for offer/proposal Development involving Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration to ensure the best service to the assigned customers;
