Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the study of mainstream EMS system applications;
  • Provide solutions for various microgrid systems, integrated energy services, distributed energy storage and other application scenarios;
  • Responsible for the research and development of microgrid EMS control algorithm(such as doping and VSG or grid forming related).
  • Assist microgrid system selection guidance, including energy storage system, fuel cell power generation system, photovoltaic system, wind power generation system, etc.
  • Project site technical services, including model and system commissioning work.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in power electronics, electrical engineering, automation and control,
  • At least 3 years of EMS integrated energy management system development or design experience;
  • Familiar with microgrid system, understand the related standards of power station grid connection, grid and power market requirements;
  • Familiar with the overall structure and implementation mechanism of EMS products of mainstream manufacturers;
  • Familiar with the operation and management of new power systems with new energy as the main body;
  • More than 3 years of research and development experience in substation or power plant monitoring system (SCADA/DCS), dispatch automation system (EMS/DMS), and rich experience in automation/information system project site integration delivery is preferred
  • Logical thinking, good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.

  4. 协助微电网系统选型指导,包含储能系统、燃料电池发电系统、光伏系统、风力发电系统等。
  5. 项目现场技术服务,包括模型及系统调试工作。


任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,电力电子、电气工程、自动化与控制等专业,
  2. 3年以上EMS综合能源管理系统研发或设计经验;
  3. 熟悉微电网系统,了解电站并网相关标准、电网和电力市场要求;
  4. 熟悉主流厂家EMS产品的整体架构和实现机制;
  5. 熟悉以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的运行管理业务;
  6. 拥有3年以上变电站或发电厂监控系统(SCADA/DCS)、调度自动化系统(EMS/DMS)的研发经验,有丰富的自动化/信息化系统项目现场集成交付经验者优先
  7. 思维逻辑清晰,具有良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力。
