We are looking for a Client Manager within Gas Services Middle East Distributed (SE GS ME SD RS2), encompassing Gas Turbines and Compressors services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, growth and maintenance of Siemens Energy Order Entry for selected customer install base within Iraq and will have, as part of such responsibility, to:
- Your Responsibilities:
- Position Siemens Energy as the best service provider in the Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas market
- Be the front face for Siemens Energy and develop strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, enhance market transparency, and increase customer satisfaction
- Establish, maintain, and improve on customer contacts, gather, and communicate market intelligence through effective customer relations at all levels of the customers’ organization.
- Develop and implement winning sales strategies, have a self-motivated drive to enhance customer satisfaction and to achieve defined sales targets.
- Analysing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses, introducing recommendations to prepare for negotiations with Customers and to implement appropriate measures.
- Manage sales activities between customers, various Siemens Energy factories (Product Competence Centres), regional hub and local project management, logistics and supply chain teams.
- Full responsibility for forecast sales opportunities and revenues accurately using CRM tools (Salesforce.com)
- Support digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment.
- Co-ordinate internally to support mobilizing field service engineers to Customer sites on ad-hoc or emergency basis and for small minor work scopes as and when required.
- Work in line with the Company’s compliance and business conduct guidelines
- Identify and implement plans to develop in-country personnel.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Preferable to have relevant sales experience in servicing rotating equipment (gas turbines and compressors), preferably in the oil and gas market.
- Degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent technical studies from an accredited university.
- Strong in both written and oral English language to communicate effectively within Siemens Energy organization. Arabic speaking would be an advantage. German speaking would be a plus but not essential.
- Demonstrate excellent commercial understanding, possess excellent communications skills, and planning skills and have a confident and flexible approach to their work.
- Be open to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and have demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
- Prior direct customer interaction experience is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both to external customers and driving sales strategies internally.
