Join our dynamic team where you will work closely with the logistics, sales, and project management teams. Imagine collaborating with colleagues from various regions to support daily business operations involving suppliers and customers. You will play a crucial role in project management and business controlling, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support sales and project management initiatives to drive business success.
  • Oversee business cost controlling to maintain financial health.
  • Prepare financial status reports for regular project and business meetings.
  • Manage daily business tasks from end to end, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain daily communication with teams across different countries to foster collaboration.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in IT systems such as SAP or other ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
