Siemens Energy

• Support of the Siemens Energy Account Management Community in the area of customer data maintenance and its preparation for the targeted creation of customer development plans
• Automated extraction of customer data from SAP and Salesforce and its preparation for management, based on applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI
• Development of solutions for data visualization and data discovery with data and analysis platforms such as MS Power BI or Tableau
• Preparation of data for evaluation by AI applications
• Supporting the Account Management Excellence team with topics such as the creation and administration of SharePoint online sites, support for a learning platform, answering ad hoc inquiries from management

• Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study, such as a technical or commercial course of study with a high affinity for IT
• Good knowledge of IT technologies, including database interfaces and structuring
• Understanding of algorithms and data structure, also as a basis for AI applications and data quality improvement measures
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and ideally initial experience with SalesForce and an absolute willingness to familiarize yourself with these technologies
• Fluent English, German is an advantage
