A Snapshot of Your Day:

We are looking for a highly experienced team leader for with a strong background in power transformers, preferably following European standards. You will lead all aspects of the day-to-day processes of multiple crews, including field service workers, field service supervisors, and commissioning engineers.

How you will make an Impact:

• Lead and manage daily operations of several crews involved in installation and commissioning (I&C) activities.
• Ensure efficient communication and people management for daily, weekly, and task deliveries.
• Report I&C progress, correspondence, and status to project managers.
• Conduct review meetings with the management team.
• Handle I&C topics with customers and on-site stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to support I&C activities on a partial basis.

What you Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a related field.
• Solid understanding of installation and commissioning of power transformers, preferably in the high voltage range.
• Experience in leading on-site crews and supervising I&C processes
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance on-site, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Project planning experience is a plus.
• Availability to travel.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
