Working closely with Montreal Leadership teams to achieve and deliver Business goals:
- PT output as per the monthly load plan
- SQCD targets
- Gate 0 & 1 cost estimates vs Gate 5 actuals
- Annual continuous improvement plans to contribute to OPW Cost out targets
- Annual strategic plans to align capacity, capability, and competencies in line with Portfolio/PCC demands
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Complete tasks according to the load plan published by the production planning and control group on monthly basis, aligned to the Portfolio and PCC requirements
- Deliver against monthly capacity plan, ensuring maximum labor absorption is achieved.
- Deliver against target Turn Around Time and Total Hours for given scope of work and type of equipment, as agreed between Production and respective Portfolio/PCC on annual basis
- To provide monthly inputs to the Production Planning cycle on any changes in the monthly execution program
- Responsible to ensure the Value Stream has the capability and competency (personnel, training, equipment, methods, and documentations) to carry out R&O and new build of AGT assigned PT variants (RT, DR, Vectra & PGT25) and deliver against the agreed program
- To provide input into material demand planning process as needed to ensure proper material provisioning and planning to support the 12-month induction program
- Responsible to define overhaul cost expectations for the power turbine operations by frame (Cost Catalogue) and Transfer Price for new equipment
- Responsible to work with Portfolio, Sales and Execution to prioritize workload and determine path to successfully complete order i.e., repair/build/modify a rotor in the Montreal facility, provide exchange etc
- Accountable to deliver all factory Power Turbine output in line with Portfolio/PCC demand
- Responsible to meet all agreed SQDC metrics
- Manage daily allocated multifunctional resources to achieve goals, including shop floor workers
- Make all Operational decisions to remove roadblocks for the team and escalate to Production & Portfolio Head as required
- Communicate progress of work to internal customers
- Host external customers visiting the factory
- Owns and resolves any customer issues related to the factory
- Define & sponsor BI requirements to meet portfolio TAT & cost targets
- Manage NCC, absorption, EHS and invoice cost for product line
What You Bring
- A University degree or MBA would be an asset
- Several years’ experience in production, business, technical or supply chain environment
- In depth knowledge of the product and technical content
- Ability to understand and manage internal & external customer expectations and generally operate in a Production & Service culture
- Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive to ensure team success
- A go getter, a problem solver, able to operate in a fast-changing environment & priorities.
- This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
