Sobre a função
- Advising the members of the Executive Board on social media issues and providing them with the best possible support – both internally and externally
- Developing, sharpening and continuously maintaining the social media channels of the Executive Board members and continuously measuring and reporting on the respective performance are of central importance in this regard
- Preparing board briefings, speeches, presentations, essays as well as name articles – in close coordination with the overall messages of the Siemens Energy Content Architecture
- You will gain insights into the operational work of the members of the Executive Board as well as the company-wide strategy and business processes from a management perspective
- You form an important interface between various specialist departments – from Communications, Investor Relations and Human Resources to Strategy and Government Affairs
- Driving the message development for Siemens Energy and thus actively participate in the transformation of the company on its way to becoming the “Most valued Energy Technology Company”
- The basis for your success is an excellent degree with a humanities orientation or comparable
- You are looking forward to contributing your many years of experience (at least 5 years) in a communications role with us, ideally close to the board
- An interest in and enthusiasm for technology and energy issues, financial topics and political issues is a matter of course for you. You are also interested in personnel development and the assumption of management responsibility
- In order to get along in your international environment, you excel in English and in addition, you will have excellent research & analytical and writing & power point skills
- You approach challenges with a "can do" attitude and a progressive approach, always questioning the status quo
- You feel comfortable with the unknown and have experience in working in cross functional, self-determined teams in flat hierarchies
