A Snapshot of Your Day 

We’re developing an AI-supported application that helps Training Centers handle training requests and guide the process from intake to decision-ready outputs. You will join an active development setup and help move it from working prototype to usable application, focusing on agent-based workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to turn the solution into a usable application for daily work.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Continuation and expansion of the existing agent- and workflow architecture
  • Finalization and further development of the database layer
  • Implementation and optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Integration of AI capabilities into the application layer via APIs
  • Enhancement of application usability, robustness, performance, and testing approaches
  • Documentation and creation of clear user guidance and “how-to-use” enablement

What You Bring
  • Current studies in the field of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
  • Strong Python skills and practical experience with LLMs and generative AI
  • Solid understanding and practical application of RAG concepts, including embeddings, retrieval, and grounding
  • Experience in transforming prototypes into usable applications and integrating APIs and structured data
  • Hands-on mindset with curiosity for building, experimenting, and improving systems
  • Additional experience with workflow tools, databases, cloud environments, and strong English communication skills (German as a plus)
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
