Join Siemens Energy as a global Chief of Staff and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the leadership of the Grid Technologies - Digital Grid organization. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive high-impact outcomes ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives!
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with global leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends as well as actively develop and drive critical initiatives and projects
- Address a wide range of strategic and operational issues while taking responsibility for own special projects.
- Be responsible for and supervise progress on key projects / initiatives, ensuring achivements and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility across the organization.
- Collect and leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Provide direct support to senior leadership by preparing presentations, briefing materials, and reports for internal and external audiences as well as develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within Digital Grid.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
- Long term experience in energy, technology, or related industries, with a strong background in strategy, operations, or project management as well as knowledge of grid technologies, digital transformation, and energy systems preferred.
- Ambition to develop into larger roles/responsibilities in 2+ years with an interest in an intermediate development step to sharpen strategic and leadership skill as well as proven track record to manage complex projects and drive measurable outcomes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making as well as experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) for confident communication with our national and international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
