How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead resource planning, tracking, and reporting in alignment with our project management processes across various technical activities.
• Collaborate with universities to support recruitment and onboarding initiatives, fostering a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage the development of test facilities and contribute to departmental expansion efforts.
• Oversee general office management, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.

What You Bring

• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to motivating change in the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and solution-finding.
• Experience with Microsoft Project is essential; familiarity with power converters, control systems, or electrical engineering is desirable but not mandatory.
• Open to both recently qualified and experienced project managers, showcasing your adaptability and eagerness to learn.
