In our dynamic team, you will collaborate to implement sustainable solutions that elevate customer satisfaction and strengthen supply-chain resilience.
How You’ll Make an Impact

- Serve as the technical lead for the Supplier Quality Management team, coordinating priorities and workload, supporting consistent execution, acting as the primary escalation point for complex supplier quality issues, and mentoring team members to strengthen capabilities and performance.
- Represent Supplier Quality in product and technology development projects while building strong partnerships with suppliers, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are integrated from design through production.
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting safe work practices during supplier visits and all business activities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline, with 8+ years of progressive experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field within the energy, transmission, heavy electrical equipment, or similar industries. - Demonstrated technical and operational leadership skills, including work prioritization, task coordination, coaching, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, decision-making, and influencing outcomes within cross-functional and matrixed environments without formal authority.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience leveraging quality systems, data analysis, and digital tools to drive performance; ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risk, and work effectively with multicultural, geographically distributed teams and suppliers. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus.
