A Snapshot of Your Day 

Your role as a workstream manager involves organizing onsite erection and commissioning data and documentation for HVDC transmission project sites globally. This requires follow-up on multiple projects' preparation completion status, organizing documentation lists, preparing work processes, and creating necessary documents. You also have regular communication with the development team responsible for improving the functionality and feature set of the documentation system. Furthermore, you manage various contributors to ensure a completed workstream before site execution begins.

  • Streamlined data and documentation organization will increase productivity and efficiency on construction sites by bringing together all stakeholders
  • Proper documentation management will ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Clear and concise documentation will improve workstreams and communication among team members, minimizing misunderstandings and errors
  • Regular communication with the development team will identify areas for improvement in the documentation system, increasing efficiency and accuracy
  • Improved documentation practices will enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely completion of projects to the required standard
What You Bring
  • Completed studies in engineering or management or comparable training/qualification
  • Preferably with multi-year professional experience
  • A strong commitment to quality and accountability in all aspects of data and documentation management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple contributors and prioritize tasks
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
  • German and english language skills
  • Proficiency in office applications and an understanding of database functionalities
  • Ideally a basic understanding of High Voltage Transmission Projects and/or experience on constructions sites
